The name of the wine is derived from a sub-area of the district where there are the Passerina vineyards. “Many years ago, that area was famous for a source of fresh water, the source of Sgarzella, where people stopped to water the animals but not only, but today unfortunately, lost. I like to think that I have revived this magical source at least with memories by creating a wine fresh and thirst-quenching, and at the same time bewitching like a siren ”
