Insalata di Arancia Rossa - Blood Orange salad
- 4 medium size blood oranges.
- ½ red onion
- 0.15lb. Kalamata olives(optional)
- Extra virgin Olive Oil
- Basil leaves
Slice blood oranges and be sure to remove any seeds.
Place oranges in a medium bowl and add thinly sliced red onion.
Coat with olive oil and season with just a pinch of salt and coarsely cracked pepper.
Add basil leaves and toss like you mean it!
